New York 13th January 2013 – The San Clemente police unit has missed the point in crime reporting at least according to its crime reports and how they have emerged in the eyes of many people. The basic crime report filed by the police involving the violence, sex, donkeys, abusive language and inappropriate behavior missed the point when it labeled Kratom “designer drug”. The police department got various calls from residents regarding violence, sex and donkeys two days ago but what appeared in the crime report was just off to say the very least.
The incidents that marked the night of San Clemente two days ago called for the normal police intervention and yes, the call for duty always comes handy for law enforcers and they were there to answer the call. Reports of violence and abusive languages, sex and donkeys all featured in a night that was merely captured in the final crime report released by the police department. Substantiating the inappropriate report is important based on the distortion that it released and more so, this objective reviewing of the crime report is ideal in getting to the bottom of things.
Out of all the violence and inappropriate behavior reported that night it seems there was one scapegoat at least according to the police department which was a “designer drug” Kratom. The need to disambiguate this fact captured in a police report is important because it shows utter irresponsibility in police reporting or maybe lack of proper training but labeling Kratom a designer drug is something that calls for a response given the practical and beneficial uses of the organic supplement.
The need to impose greater reasonability on anti drug police reports is best captured by this falsity displayed in the San Clemente crime report. Although the filled report did capture all the donkeys and the sex not to mention the violence, anyone with a vast understating of Kratom would have been okay with it the way it was had it not labeled the plant a designer drug. The discovery of Kratom dates back centuries and even before the hard core drugs that have been the mainstream target of the US anti drugs was and laws, Kratom was and is part and parcel of the human medical art from ancient times.
The foundations build on the use of Kratom have all been clinical and based on research and in all those findings, it is hard to understand why the San Clemente police would think that the plant is a designer drug or probably they didn’t know or they needed more understanding of what is Kratom and why it can never be a designer drug. Whichever the case here the events of that night and the consequent police report points out to a dire need of promoting better understanding of Kratom. There is need to let law enforcement and citizen see the Plant for what it really is and not what they think it is.
