ArtSpace on Sixth Helps Heal Haiti

Phoenix photographer Sandey Tenuto will be exhibiting her work "Rebuilding Through Education" at ArtSpace on Sixth starting at 5:30 pm tomorrow night, January 20 and running through January 30th. Tenuto traveled to Haiti in Nov. 2009 w Medical Mercy

Local Businesses And Community Come Together To Help Haiti Relief Action

WHO: Tenuto Photography and ArtSpace on Sixth

WHAT: ArtSpace on Sixth will be hosting event to benefit the people of Haiti

Rebuilding Through Education:
Valley Photographer Sandey Tenuto traveled to Haiti in November of 2009. Tenuto joined Medical Mercy on a humanitarian mission that reached over 1000 Haitian children. 30 16×20 images of Haiti will be for sale to benefit Haiti after the catastrophic earthquake. There will also be sets of cards with the images available for $20.

100% of the funds from these events will be given to Wycelf Jean’s charity – YeleHaiti, to rebuild the schools in the Port Au Prince area.

11am – 6pm Monday – Friday
7pm – 9pm Thursday (Art-Walk)

HOW: Schools and businesses can also participate through “Changing for Change” by collecting pennies and other coins for Rebuilding for Education. Changing for Change donations can be dropped off at ArtSpace on Sixth or Sunrise Bank of Arizona at any time.
